Moodscape Shop offers mood-inspired products, which may include home decor, wall art, apparel, footwear, accessories, candles, table linens, blankets, personalized gifts, and related products.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, textures, dimensions, and materials may differ based on your screen, device, or production method.

Because many of our products are produced on demand, minor variations may occur in size, color, texture, or print placement. These normal variations are part of the production process and do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

We do not warrant that the quality or appearance of any product will meet your expectations beyond what is expressly stated in our Refund Policy or Shipping Policy.

4. Mood-Based Content; No Medical or Professional Advice

Moodscape Shop organizes and describes some products by mood, feeling, or emotional association. This content is provided for general shopping, inspiration, and informational purposes only.

The Services and products are not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, psychological, safety, architectural, interior-design, or other professional advice. We do not represent that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or improve any disease, disorder, mental-health condition, or other health-related condition.

5. Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment Partners

Moodscape Shop works with third-party print-on-demand, production, and fulfillment partners. By producing many items on demand, we help reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Your order may be produced and shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners;
Different items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times;
We share information necessary to fulfill your order (shipping address, order details, etc.) with these partners.

6. Personalization Content

Some products may require you to submit names, initials, designs, or images (“Personalization Content”).

You are solely responsible for the Personalization Content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it. You grant Moodscape Shop a limited license to use this content solely to fulfill your order.

We may refuse or cancel any order containing Personalization Content that we believe is unlawful, abusive, or violates the rights of any person or entity.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, change, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable items.

After an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests, particularly for items that are personalized or already in production.

8. Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

Promotions and discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments); we do not store full payment card details on our systems.

9. Shipping and Delivery

At this time, we ship only within the United States and do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Personalized or customized products may be final sale and ineligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified damage or defect.

Moodscape Shop is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Moodscape Shop. You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases with us.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, they may collect information to provide and improve the Services.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by Moodscape Shop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodscape Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the product or $100 USD.
