We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Because many products are produced on-demand, minor variations may occur in size, color, or design placement.

All products and prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may limit quantities, reject, or cancel orders if we cannot fulfill them.
5.3 Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Moodscape Shop works with third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners to produce and ship many products. By placing an order, you acknowledge your order may be fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner(s), and your shipping information will be shared with them for that purpose.
6. Account Registration
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activities that occur under your account.
7. Orders and Payment
7.1 Placing Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product at the price displayed (plus applicable taxes, duties, and shipping), subject to these Terms. We may decline or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or we otherwise cannot fulfill it.
7.2 Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in the currency indicated and do not necessarily include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless expressly stated. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties imposed by your country’s authorities.
7.3 Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed in the footer (major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.). By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount of your order. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
8. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and return/refund policies are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
9. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, are valid only for the specified period/products, and are non-transferable with no cash value.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs, artwork, software, and code is owned by or licensed to Moodscape Shop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. User Content
By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, or photos, you grant Moodscape Shop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Site and our marketing. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodscape Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for the relevant product(s), or (b) USD $100.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moodscape Shop regarding your use of the Site.
